I started The Confidence Agency because I kept seeing the same thing: brilliant, talented people holding themselves back. Not because they weren’t capable, but because they’d never been given the right tools - to reflect, connect and build true confidence.

While leading campaigns, culture, and employee engagement across global organisations, I saw it everywhere: stress, loneliness, quiet quitting. Sitting on advisory boards, the conversations were always: how do we crack wellbeing and belonging? And, what are we doing wrong with our younger generations?

I've been in a privileged position, coaching individuals one-on-one - from employees to founders - on purpose, while sitting in boardrooms strategising culture and engagement. 

 

Here​ is the core insight: people don't feel connected - with themselves, their teams, or their work.
