I started The Confidence Agency because I kept seeing the same thing: incredibly talented people held back by self-doubt. Not because they weren’t capable, but because they’d never been given the right tools - to reflect and build true confidence.​

I've been in a privileged position, coaching individuals one-on-one - from employees to founders - whilst sitting in boardrooms across major organisations shaping culture and employee engagement. 

 

Here​ is my core insight: people feel disconnected - from themselves, others and their work.
